Resident parking is not permitted in these designated spaces during business hours. Please feel free to reach out to our Community Manager, Kris, at 951-686-1172 or [email protected] On average a $300.00 electric bill is high; however it is common during really hot summers like the one we experienced this year depending on the usage in the home. Unfortunately the Riverside Public Utility Company increased rates during 2016. Our team would be happy to check your AC unit to make sure it is working properly. Our team walks the community twice a month to complete work orders on exterior lighting as the come in. Please let us know where you've noticed an outage, and we'll take care of it ASAP. We are sorry to hear that you are having problems. Please contact our corporate offices at [email protected], so that we can get you further assistance. We would like to take the opportunity to clarify that water has not been turned off at the community in over four months, and at that time it was due to an unforeseen emergency. All washer and dryers are maintained daily by an onsite staff member, as well as the Wash Company who owns the units. We would ask that any residents noticing a problem with the washer/dryers let us know, so that we can get them take care of as soon as possible.

We are sorry to hear that you weren?t satisfied with your experience at Canyon Creek. ConAm took over management at Canyon Creek in November of 2011, and we have been working hard to fix any deferred problems while providing great customer service going forward. Regarding maintenance requests, our policy is that they are responded to in the order they are received, with emergencies taken care of first. If anyone feels that they have requests that are lagging, please contact us ASAP and we will make it right. While some complicated jobs take more time, our policy is to complete maintenance requests within 24 hours. We are very sorry to hear about your break-in This is the first time we have heard about this incident. This year Canyon Creek has enacted a crime awareness program at the community and we are in constant communication with the Riverside Police Department. Any incidents should be reported first to the police, and then to us, so that we can complete a community incident report, and the incident will be on record. Regarding getting a copy of your ?contract?, I assume you are referring to your lease. It is our policy to give copies of the lease to residents when they sign them. If they decline, we do not automatically mail a copy later. However, if they were to request it, we would certainly send one. If we receive a noise complaint someone from our staff makes a courtesy call to the resident to inform them about the complaint and ask them to be courteous to their neighbors. We also let them know that if it happens again, further punitive action can and will be taken. We encourage our residents or prospective residents to contact us in-person or via phone or email if they have any questions about any of our policies. Open communication can prevent misunderstandings and bad feelings. Please feel free to come in or call any time during office hours.
