The grounds are beautiful and picturesque, but do not be fooled! There are constant thefts and our garage was broken into within two months of living here. We immediately notified management who could have cared less and have not even contacted us back even though we have a huge hole in our garage, deeming it unusable. The unit that we moved into was remodeled and yet within one week most of the paint on all of the doors was peeling off and our sliding closet door completely fell off the hinges. We have spoken to several other residents who have had the same problems as us with the break-ins and they also said that the staff did nothing. It can be loud and crazy here, especially during the summer, and we pay for security but I have never seen them. I had read horrible reviews about this place prior to moving in, but ignored them. Please learn from my mistake and do not take the chance!
