Lived here a year. We experienced what others have said below. Not only is the lady a wacko but the assistant manager is an abrupt rude individual that actually embarressed us in front of guests over a trivial concern. Absolutely no tact whatsoever. MAintenance was extremely poor with action taken after atleast a week or none at all. The move out inspection was the topper, it took an hour and even after we had busted our humps to clean, she dinged us for stupid things (the water heater closet was swept yet the heater was a little dusty,... excuse me!?) We got most of our deposit although we were charged for the hiring of a cleaning crew. This is the first apartment we lived in and will definitely be our last.
