While I thought they were generally well mannered and pleasant during my residency, my opinion of this management staff changed greatly after I received the itemized list of deductions from my security deposit. After only 6 months of light occupancy ( I traveled often ) and a very thorough cleaning, I was returned only $14 of a $500 deposit. I have notified the BBB and will be pursuing legal action, not because I need the money, but because I want owners to know that this type of behavior is illegal.
