I have lived here for 3-4 months and we have slightly noticed mold on the windows and some ants here and there, but then we just kept noticing even more ants. We called the apartment office we went in to sign a paper for the exterminator to come in. Which also doesn't come often only every 2 weeks which is twice a month!! I have kids and I find this absolutely unsafe and unprofessional because now they are in my kitchen cabinets! The exterminator came a couple times but since then we noticed the ants coming in from other places of the apartment especially more when the weather is bad outside such as rain or windy days! We had came home one day to find my whole bedroom wall near the window was crawling with ants. Everytime I come into the apartment office to complain about how they don't go away and the ants keep coming back they just quickly and nicely get me on the list for the exterminator and that's that. But it's not fixing the problem! These apartments Are built on cheap platform and suffer a big mold problem that once you clean starts forming back the next day. They charge high up the clouds so you'd think you pay more and live luxury as they say and advertise, no your wrong! So no I wouldn't recommend living here at least until they fix this problem. Oh yeah and the parking sucks!!!!!!!!!!
