Resident 2005

10/14/2005

These apartments are like no other that I've seen in all of Rocklin and Roseville. The layout is was well thought out and the materials used look of quality. The counters in both the bathroom and kitchen are great as well as the flooring. I like the appliances too. They are black, yes hard to keep clean but do match well with the cherry like wood cupboards. The noise from doors slamming and people walking up and down stairs is irritating but overlooked. The apparent feels sturdy. Nothing has broke to date. The utility bills are of the cheapest too. Gas is under 19, electricity isn't over 60, and water sewer garbage is all ways under 19. We have Comcast however I have seen dishes attracted to balconies. Since I live on top floor with a loft I don't have any experience with noise coming through the ceiling.

The security gate is a joke. People ram them with their cars and it will let you in if you get real close to it. I don't sleep any better at night because they are there.
Parking is good if you live on the left side of the complex. The stalls are too small. They also squeezed two spots in a large single. I have never parked on the outside but have walked for what seemed like a mile. The road noise is not heard from most of these apartments even though it’s so close to E. Roseville Pky.

Outside the landscaping is top notch. There are roses, shrubs, trees and flowers. Despite that everyone has an animal it has never been a problem. The maintenance crew keeps the place looking so good and they are always friendly. The pool area is generous with showers, barbecues (gas provided by the Trillium), and plenty of seating. The pool is a unique shape, which is heated in the winter. The spa is nice too.

When I first moved in, the staff was very friendly and eager to help. However like so many apartments in Roseville these are being converted into overpriced condos. When they got close to submittal, the good staff changed and evil tyrant twits moved in. They sited me for having my watering can on the porch. I have no patients for these people. I too experience them never available. They close early and open late. This is very irritating. They must have found these people from taco bell or chase credit card protection telemarketing. Lets forget about them for a second.

They keep letting people move in when they plan on selling these things in three months January 06. Whatever!

Bottom line is that I would rent an apartment here again, but I would change floor plans. My friends always comment on how cool the apartment is. The Trillium at Galleria has my vote. Hopefully I will get to remember this place as my last apartment!!!
