Resident • 2007 Not Recommended
We moved in during the summer... we were told we would have a washer and dryer and that the apartment would be ready to go. When we moved in, no washer and dryer, no drip pans for the stove, the fireplace doors didn't shut, the sliding mirror doors are barely hanging on the track, the entire window side of both bedrooms' walls did not have working electricity outlets, I didn't have a shower curtain rod, the other bathroom had water spouting out from the wall when the tub faucet was turned on, the cable doesn't work, and the dishwasher wasn't connected. It took them one to two months to fix PART of the list above and it took going into the office EVERY DAY to get even that done. Oh yeah... we STILL have a broken door bell and it's been SEVEN MONTHS. I went in yesterday to complain about having to move our cars once a month for whatever construction they are doing and to complain about the rest of the stuff (AGAIN). There were NO apologies, I was told that I should've written a letter if I was so unhappy, that the managers were unaware of the situation (There have been at least three management changes and I notified different people each time for EVERY problem...) But they won't admit that they are a poorly run company, do NOT know common courtesy and customer service, and treat their residents like crap. DON'T LIVE HERE.
