Resident 2010 - 2012

7/2/2012

I just moved out of this complex (I moved into a house). My 2 years were very enjoyable. The atmosphere throughout the complex is very quiet and peaceful. On the few occasions I needed assistance the staff was very helpful. The front office staff knew my name (which really impressed me). I had a first floor, one bedroom unit that was very quiet. It also stayed surprisingly cool and the A/C cooled the unit very quickly. Having the patio screened was a great bonus. The only thing I didn't like at first was that there was no stove vent. However, it was really never an issue. The bathroom and kitchen have a LOT of storage space! Having a FULL washer and dryer in unit is a must and made this apartment a great value. The pool area can get a little noisy on weekend afternoons, but that is to be expected. Staff would send out notices on a somewhat regular basis reminding residents of certain policies such as noise (I really appreciated that staff cared about this). Open parking in the complex is limited, but there is plenty of parking on Lake Front. Overall, this was a great experience. I would still be at this complex if I hadn't found a house. I would highly recommend this complex.
