After living in the apartment complex for 18 months and enduring a horrible maintenance record and bad nieghbors, this management is now making me take them to court to get my deposit back. Beware of these managers, they are inexperienced and turnover is common. Times are tough it seems and they're looking to deposits in bad faith--especially the complex manager--TAKE PICTURES!!!--of what the property looked like when you moved in--you'll need them in small claims court later on. Watt Property management out of San Francisco, who actually oversees them, is just as bad. The "exercise room" is circa 1965 with rusted machinery. The laundry rooms are dirty. The location is nice admittedly, and the rent is relatively cheap, but not worth the eventual nightmare of dealing with the management upon leaving. The parking garage is prone to flooding and the gate rarely works. The spaces are so narrow you're likely to have a scratched up car when you leave. STAY AWAY if you can afford it.
