We're sorry that you haven't had the best experience at Granite Point. Car break-ins are prevalent in our community and area currently; it is unfortunate and we are not the only property being hit. The local police department is aware of the situation and is constantly patrolling our community. With noise issues, we document and address complaints as they are presented. Please stop by the office and notify us if you would like to report an issue. Regarding new residents, everyone is screened via the same process for move-in. We do not discriminate any prospects. Lastly, depending on the day the office may be closed during a lunch or during a tour if we are short on staff.
