Front desk staff is friendly yet confused more times than not in regards to what is actually going on within the complex/my unit. I understand it's a large complex with many residents but staff should be hired and trained to accommodate the size of the complex. I have experienced leaks in my bedroom/closet followed by ants and a mildew smell which is disappointing due to how expensive it is to live here. When we first moved in there was a huge leak and water damage inside the storage unit outside. "Wood" cabinets are made very cheaply and have fallen apart even after maintenance "fixed it". I'm sure they will charge me for it when I move out. I made a phone call late one night to the complex patrol unit when I heard a fight taking place outside, and asked if patrol staff were on site and was told "There should be". No one seems to know anything here. Take pictures of everything when you move in.
