over the most recent 365 day period. The index is presented as a familiar letter grade format to help renters evaluate all aspects of life at a community.
SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.
Not all communities use surveys and therefore may not have any survey information on their report card. These communities will show an "N/A" for their survey sections.

Villagio does enforce a policy of no pets over 25lbs, however, by law we must make certain exceptions for those who require service animals. With that being said, if you ever have any concerns or feel this policy is being violated please contact our office so we can look further into the matter. Our maintenance staff periodically inspects and replaces our walkway lights; please contact our office if you notice any lights that we may have missed. Our staff will be cleaning our trash areas this week and we are starting pressure washings of these areas, which are scheduled quarterly to ensure cleanliness. We take noise complaints very seriously; if you are ever experiencing any disturbances in regards to excessive noise please alert our office so we can work to improve your situation. We're sorry that your stay has been unsatisfactory, but we encourage you to reach out to our office to explore how we can improve your experience. -The Villagio Management Team

It is always our intention to be completely forthright, and I apologize if we somehow gave you the impression that you could add a garage to your lease at any time. We have a fixed number of garages available; garages are assigned to particular apartment homes; and we maintain a waiting list if they are fully rented. Dear Anonymous, Thank you for your many kind words about our community. We're sorry to learn that you're thinking about leaving us. It would be a shame for you to leave a community and neighbors that you've clearly enjoyed so much. I sincerely apologize if I, or any member of my staff, have ever treated you with less than the courtesy or professionalism you deserve. I hope that you'll give us the opportunity to make things right. Sometimes what seems like insurmountable issues are simply matters of miscommunication that need clarification. I'd like to start by clarifying that the satisfaction of our residents is our number one priority, on both the community and corporate level, and that Villagio staff IS held accountable if we fail to measure up. Residents can address their concerns directly to Corporate at [email protected] Secondly, there has not been a history of break-ins at Villagio. As with any luxury neighborhood, it is impossible to deter crime completely, but our community is gated, we keep a watchful eye for unauthorized visitors, and incidents have been infrequent. In a like manner, we keep an eye out for the occasional resident or guest found smoking around the pool or in other areas designated as smoke free, and promptly address the issue with them. The vast majority of Villagio residents and their guests are mindful of our policies. Finally, I'd like to express our appreciation that you have chosen to make Villagio your home for the past four years.
