Where do I start???

First and foremost, management is there to extract as much money from their tenents as they can. As soon as your lease expires, and no matter what is happening in the market, they will raise your rent by a ridiculous amount. In my case, it was over 20%, and this was when prices were dropping everywhere else.

Second, the onsite manager Aaron is possibly the rudest most unethical individual I have ever met. Every time I attempted to approach him about anything, he would lie, cheat and swindle.

Third, don´t expect to get your deposit back no matter what condition you leave the apartment. I took tremendous care of my apartment, even spackling picture nail holes and cleaning every surface. They still charged me over $500 to repaint and repair damage that was there when I moved in and negligable at best. I´m guessing they won´t repair it and only charge the next tenent for the same repairs when they move out. Just one more way they rob their tenents.

Fourth, there is a history of crime with a recent quadruple homicide and drug activity. I also saw damage to cars on a number of occasions.

What more can I say, other than avoid living here at all costs!!!
