Hello,we moved in our apt in jan 2011. we had some noise issues with the upstairs neighbors. After several after hour calls to the answering service,the neighbors were no longer living above us. The management responds efficiently to our maintenance requests. I do like the courtesy/follow up calls to ensure that the maintenance request was complete to our satisfaction. One recommendation would be : to ensure that the previous tenant completes an accurate change of card. We are still recieving mail for the previous tenants. Otherwise,everything is okay for now.
