gosh, i honestly don't know where to start...we first moved in last august and were told before we signed the lease that the fitness center would be remodeled by the time we moved in. I think that it finally opened in january, and when it did it consisted of an extremely old treadmill that broke in a week, an elliptical, and a weight machine. No free weights as promised. What kind of a fitness center doesn't have free weights? Then our 3 year old cat became infested with fleas literally overnite which resulted in a $280 vet bill and advantage prices. I specifically asked the management to make sure the apartment was flea free before we moved in. I even offered to pay for them to flea bomb it, when I took it up with them, they said my cat must have already had the fleas, and they couldn't provide me with any documentation that an exterminator had ever set foot on the property, let alone my apartment. When I asked if they would compensate me for my troubles and vet bill, they said no. Oh, and we have not had laundry in 8 weeks. And apparently our laundry room is "a courtesy" that we don't pay for even though we pay the water bill, so no compensation for that. Don't walk, but run somewhere else. This place is bug infested, poorly managed, poopy pool, loud, and overall ------.
