I lived here for a year, & regret the decision.
They lie to you - They lied to me when I rented. They had 2 carpet samples hanging on the office wall & the lady tried to tell me the old 1990's style carpet that would be in the apt I was renting, was the NEW style.
They look for every reason to charge you a fee - When I moved out, I went into the office to notify them & I picked the moveout date WITH the employee. They deducted $260 from my bill for "moving out too early." They never said I would be charged that when we picked the move out date.
It's hard to get ahold of them - They have a "Customer Service" number. Goes straight to an answering machine. Expect a call back? Nope. Not for the 2 messages I left.
Parking is horrid - You get 1 spot, and share 9 spots with 16 2 & 3 bedroom apartments
Noisy - Right by a 55 mph road, single pane windows that don't close real well. Can hear everything your neighbors do.
Dirty - Weeks after moving in, stains appeared from beneath the carpet. Office said the carpet was installed, new, a few months before I moved in.
Raised rent almost 10% (in 2010), so I moved out. Should have noticed when all my neighbors were moving out during the year I rented. Not a lot of long-termers.
Pay to use the community building, a movie theatre I never saw. $50/mo for your pet.
