We've been living here for over 2 years. It has been a good living experience overall - mostly unremarkable though. We live up on the 2nd floor. The parking is poor - only 1 assigned spot per apartment unit. However being next to the mall, you have overflow. Noise level in general is very good. Occasionally the younger neighbors may play music a bit too loud, or a crying baby - but not regularly loud. The grounds are well kept, however they should have more recycle bins. Safety - place seems safe all- in- all despite seeing occasionally morning vagrants raiding the recycling area next to the main path to the mall. Construction is nothing special. Have heard of water issues, but not in this unit thankfully. Appliances are pretty badly outdated - especially the stove. Phone jack in the top room doesnt work - management wouldn't pay for repair. One of the main things the apartment has going for it, is spacious rooms. Insulation though not too good - cold in winter, hot in the summer. Electric heaters are a joke. Place is pretty well priced for the area though - maybe $100 cheaper than the average but that's with a 2 year old rent history. Maintenance people are friendly and diligent. Office personnel are also friendly, but a bit slow sometimes at fixing maintenance issues. It's been a good couple years for the most part - and the place seems like a good value in terms of Rental pricing. Considering the area, you could probably do worse in terms of what you pay in overall space/value.
