Thank you for your review. We are very sorry you are dissatisfied with Vantage Pointe, and would like to do what we can to make things better. We are very happy to welcome pets to our community, however we ask that everyone clean up after their furry family members. We do have a porter who manages the exterior of the building, picking up any waste left behind. If you see an area that needs attention, please call the office and we'll take care of it. As for your concern about pricing, we do adjust rates to best reflect the current market value for the types of apartments available. These rates can fluctuate daily, and we do our best to communicate rate changes to residents during the renewal process. Regarding your concern about the pool: We recently added additional recreational space near the pool area at Socialize. Feel free to relax in that area on busy days. Our windows are washed every year. If yours is in particular need of cleaning, please let me know. Finally, we do have guest parking available for a fee on the first parking level which is managed by ACE Parking. They also have monthly rental spots available. If you are interested in renting a reserved space, please contact the concierge for more information.
