Resident 2006 - 2007

A little more expensive than most apartments I'm used to, but it is worth the money.

My wife and I moved here from WA, and after looking at 80 apartments, we found this one. It was only apartment complex that had a nice kitchen, washer and dryers in the units, allows pets and has central heat and air. This place had the works. The new granite counters and new appliances were a huge plus for my wife. So that helped us make our decision really quickly. It allows pets but keeps its standards high - this is uncommon for this area. Escondido has some pretty nasty apartments if you want to keep your pet.

I also just put in a request over the phone on the office answering machine, a few days ago, and to my surprise within a couple days everything that I had requested had been completed! I heard we just got some new management which makes sense. It was especially nice timing because my dad is coming to visit soon.

We've had no run ins with the management, or the staff. They keep this place in really great condition.

I also have to say that the location is great! We're right in between Escondido, Poway, Rancho Bernardo, San Diego and about 15 minutes from the beach! We love that part. We work a lot in Escondido so we never have to sit in traffic.

I really recommend it highly....
Hope this helps,
Nathaniel
