I don't recommend renting from this company. They have a history of screwing people out of their security deposits for dubious reasons.<br><br>If you do rent from Trinity for whatever reason, be VERY VERY careful when you move in. Spend a long time filling out your move-in inspection sheet. Note all the stains on the carpet, any stains on the undersides of shelves (I am not kidding), old nails in the wall, chips in the toilet tank, anything. Take photos. You need to clearly establish any pre-existing issues so you can try to avoid getting charged... and believe me, they will try!<br><br>All in all, renter beware!
