I moved in around a month ago and it's been great so far! It's very clean and I love the coffee machine in the lobby. I docked off 1 star because it was really hard to reach someone via phone before I moved in. As I was trying to get all the details for potentially moving in, I called the local Carmel Rincon phone line. When no one answered, it transferred over to Corporate but no one from Corporate could answer any of my questions. I just called in morning, afternoon and evening until eventually one person answered. The community centerhas an interesting smell and the conference room has fruit flies or some kind of bugs flying around everywhere! I couldn't utilize it at all because I was just disgusted by all the bugs.... It would be nice to have more work-friendly areas.
