Ok for the Price, but watch out for your privacy.
The good part about this apartment is that there was no lease, just month to month. Fixtures were nice and everything well maintained. You can even pick fruit in the landscaped areas.

We did have some problems though. When the leasing agent tells you that it is quiet here, he is sure right, and that is how most of the tenants liked it. We had some guests over one day and was just showing them a video game at 2:00pm on a Sun, not overly loud, and the downstairs neighbor starts pounding on the ceiling.

We could here all neighbors talking and walking on both sides of our apartment and below us. I like my privacy and knowing that everyone can hear you really bothers me. Also the shades on the windows are very insuffient. The walkways in the front and back of the apartments are right in front of the windows and with veritical blinds you can see right inside if you have the right angle.

When we first moved in the Manager came by telling us that there was a stalker peeping into windows, and a theif caught in a tree.

We also had my car window smashed in while parked at the front of the building, I got my crappy 5 year old CD player stolen.

We also had parking trouble, the Manager told us that we could have two cars, but when we did park two cars the neighbors complained and we eventually switched spots.

But on the whole, I would say that it is better than nothing, oh and cats are free to stay there.Share This Review
