The Experience & Performance Intelligence Quotient ("epIQ") Index measures:
over the most recent 365 day period. The index is presented as a familiar letter grade format to help renters evaluate all aspects of life at a community.
SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.
Not all communities use surveys and therefore may not have any survey information on their report card. These communities will show an "N/A" for their survey sections.

Living wall to wall with all our neighbors can sometimes be challenging, but we are here to ensure that your home is enjoyable for you! Feedback (both positive and negative) really gives myself and the team a good idea of what our community needs or really smile at things that are working well. I want to apologize that with COVID it seemed as if there was a stop on both the office and maintenance. Hello, we hope this message finds you safe and well! We want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for taking the time to leave a review. We are so happy to hear that during this difficult time, you are enjoying your home! We do have some exciting news to share: our fitness center and pool are open by reservation! A few of our residents had expressed wanting a later time slot and luckily we were able to make those changes and add an additional slot from 6PM-8PM. For the gym, please utilize your resident account to make a reservation and for the pool, you can give us a call at the office to book your time! We hope that you are able to utilize some of these spaces that you've been missing. We are excited to let you know we are soon going to be implementing a new parking program! We'd love to partner with you as this program rolls out and take in all your feedback. We are also excited to let you know that we've already started steam cleaning the hallways; if this has not yet been complete near your home, stay tuned for some changes coming your way! Lastly, we hear your elevator concerns and want to assure you that you will see changes such as metal buttons to our elevators to reduce the frequency of broken buttons/repairs you may have experienced. With the increased elevator usage with most of our residents home, we have noticed these areas are needing some minor adjustments to function better for our community. We can agree that sometimes the fur babies in the neighborhood aren't picked up after and we are here to make sure this is not a nuisance for you. We have porters onsite cleaning each day, and we are happy to do spot checks and cleanings when necessary.
