If you can afford something better, don´t live here!
I was there for six miserable months. Though the apartment was left cleaner than when I moved in, the management kept $50 of my deposit.

The walls are very thin and you can hear a variety of noises from the neighbors. I could hear my upstairs neighbors urinate. I could hear my upstairs neighbors having sex. I could hear them arguing. I could hear everyone else´s TVs and stereos. Whenever I complained, nothing was done.

The maintenance people threw chunks of ice from the freezers out of upstairs windows whenever a tenant would move out without defrosting their freezer. The grounds were not kept very nice. The office people weren´t really on the ball at their jobs, either.

Children had a playground, but I don´t know that any of them used it, since rollerblading and riding bicycles on the walkways was so much funner for them. My neighbors´ children were unusually noisy and destructive little brats.

The neighborhood could be better. The apartment was a dive. If you can afford to live in a better place, then don´t move to Country Club Villa.Share This Review
