SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.

It is our number one goal to provide the best service possible, so it's disappointing to read that you feel like you did not receive that. Hi Christopher, Thank you for reaching out and sharing your feedback. It is clear that in the time of your occupancy here, there have been some challenges that could have been handled in a much better manner. Although the complex is not immune to uncontrollable circumstances, the team here does their best to react to any issues that arrive unexpectedly. In regard to your most recent challenge at the property, we did end up calling out two different plumbers which arrived the same day and they subsequently pulled out a large amount non-disposal items out of the main drain. Unfortunately, there was also a deeper backup of these items which the plumbers did not see initially. Please know that we have learned from this event and are currently reaching out to new vendors in regards to plumbing services. I know this resulted in a horrible, frustrating weekend, and for that, we sincerely apologize. We have also offered professional cleaning and sanitation to every apartment affected, in attempts to remedy the situation. Thank you again for your valuable feedback, as this is such a vital tool that we use to improve our services going forward.
