Unfortunately, it´s all true (the bad reviews)
I wish I could say the other reviews are incorrect - because I´ve lived in this place for several years now, and most of it´s true. I can´t tell you how many times I´ve had to physically confront someone to turn down their car stereo, or how many times I´ve had to call a tow truck to have someone towed from my paid parking spot. The roaches, the ants, the paper-thin walls and ceilings...it´s all true. My roommate actually had his clothes stolen from the laundry room (when it was still open) when he walked around to the office to buy a coke from the coke machine. Also - they *claim* to provide security, but out of the many times I´ve paged security to help resolve a problem, they´ve only returned my calls about 40-50% of the time. Once, after having paged them (to have a car towed late at night) they showed up, claimed to call a tow truck, but not tow truck ever showed (and security didn´t stick around to find out). You´re hopefully getting the picture that their security is terrible.

As well, the management generally doesn´t care - and during the day, they´re downright unfriendly and condescending. They´ve made numerous blunders and are generally unwilling to resolve the problems that they create. In fact, as I´m writing this, I am realizing that it´s time to move. If you are in a pinch financially, this place may be ok, but don´t expect to find peace and quiet - just a roof over your head.
