Apartment management is the worst I ever seen. They are not polite with residents, and they don´t even respect the residents. Maintenance is also worst.

If you have any problem and you want to talk to managers are any office employee, they won´t listen to you. Management style is ONLY THEIR WAY or HIGH WAY. Whatever they think or do is FINAL. They will not even give the chance for you to explain the problem.

The only time you see them smiling is when you are looking for apartment. Once after you paid the DEPOSIT or RENT, that´s it you have enrolled yourself to a ARMED SERVICES Camp.

The office employees would teach you how to open and close the window blinds. Fitness center is of bno use. It is in dark den. And every day you need to take a key from the office and return it by 10:00 PM in the night.

They would charge extra $50 for kid.
If you have any guest for more than 5 days, then $50 extra.

You will be surprised to know their BIG RULES. They have long list of rules. Previus reviews are 100 percent true. They don´t tell about these rules until you sign the lease.

And strange thing is that they have with car parking business, You will be allocated one covered and one uncovered car parking(for second car). Till now it is fine. Now the managment show their business skills . Rules for parking.
1. You should use the covered car parking for the car you have given at the time of lease.
2. You cannot park any other car.
3. If your own car went to repair, and have rental car, then you are not supposed to park that rental car in their apartment premises.
4. We have to pay $20 per month for the rental car.
5. Guest parking permit is $5 per week.

Recently one of my friend was looking for an apartment and he called up on Friday, they have given some price. When he showed up on next day they increased the price by $100.
When he asked for the reason, the management taught himeconomic lessons abot DEMAND and SUPPLY.

I bet they have lot of surprises after you joined here.
