BEWARE! This place runs a bait and switch. They show you an amazing updated apartment with nice appliances, cabinets, and countertops. However! They do not tell you that your apartment has not been remodeled. The appliances are from the mid 1980's. Our water bill is insanely high due to the inefficiency of the clothes and dish washers. Other than that, the location is great (less than 5 min from Doheney Beach) and the neighbors are very friendly.
