I moved in to San Leandro Racquet Club in May. I am very happy with my apartment. I am in a good location, next to a pond and water fountain and I do have a quiet neighbor. Over all its pretty quiet, I have noticed that sometimes you will see people loitering towards the back of the parking lot which I dont really like but its not like they are there constantly. The management has been nice and have been more than accomodating to our family. Since we are from out of state and didn't know much about San Leandro they helped us by recommending stores and services in the area. We signed a six month lease because we weren't sure if we would like it here but we are confident that we will sign another lease.
