When I first moved into a studio, I paid $835.00 per month. Then I moved into a one bedroom. The rent in '06 for the one bedroom was $1050.00. NOW I see they are asking for a "bargain" price of $1275-1295.00 for this place. Believe me, it wasn't worth the $1050 and it certainly is NOT worth $1295.00 They include nothing and most definetely will raise your rent, every single year, regardless if you are a good tenant or not. Lots of scummy tenants reside there. Most of the good people left because they do not value great tenants. The cabinets are old and worn and they nickle and dime you for every single thing. They charged me to wash the damn windows when I moved out. Who does that??? It's a shi*hole...I'd look elsewhere.
