Not worth the money for what you will get, if you move here. This complex building needs to be demolished. And the city should build something else here. Since it's right smack next to the freeway. So the noise level is higher. Along with the leaf blowers and loud bass noise coming from the cars that drive around in the complex. Parking - what can I say. There is none. Even having your own garage isn't gonna help. One night I came home and there was a freakin' car parked, IN MY GARAGE! After calling their tow company, they didn't get there until 2 a.m. But then that same tow company will tow the tenant's cars. I am not sure what policy the office staff are working off of. But it seems to be random. Which leads to the 2nd problem; The staff there are completely and totally stupid and rude. I think that the only requirement needed to work there is to be stupid, and then secondly to be --------------------. The last time I checked, -----------------------------------------------------------------------------. But it seemed that the staff are still thinking that they are in.....-------. At best they are good at warming the chairs there in the office. I managed to find the phone number and address of the management company after getting treated rudely by ----- one day. The receptionist/customer service person in Irvine said that "perhaps they need to be trained better." No kidding, really?
