Well I could write a book about the awful experience of living here at these tenements. I suppose one could say that this company thinks that low-income means that the tenants are supposed to be treated shabbily.
1. No parking
2. criminal activity (drug dealers, people on parole, crazies)
3. No security whatsoever, anyone can walk through the gates and get into the complex.
4. Less that adequately trained and unprofessional office staff
5. Rude aggressive manager.
6. Priced too high for the area and what you get.
7. Noise level is the city's worst. Grounds keepers and gardeners are using noisy leaf blowers and motorized equipment every single day, all day long, even Christmas Eve.
8. Children running loose unsupervised with no adults, throwing rocks at tenants and their windows and onto their patios.
All of these factors and more lead to low quality of living.
