Hello JamieJ88, We are sorry to hear that your move in experience was a stressful one. We try to make our application process thorough, but not cumbersome. We are a pet friendly community, but do have weight and breed restrictions. This might be why the manager at the time had requested photos. It is disappointing to hear that you were shown an apartment home that was not ready to be viewed. We pride ourselves on providing a quality apartment home that is ready for move in and hope that you were satisfied with your particular apartment home. We have since changed both management companies and staff who are overseeing the community.
