We apologize for the delay in completing your service request. While we were able to immediately respond; the order, delivery and installation of the new appliance did take longer than anticipated due to a delay in the vendor's shipment. We apologize that you were not able to use your microwave during this period. Customer Service is important to us, and we are always exploring new options to alleviate these kinds of delays in the future.
