This place is a great starter apartment! They run about 500 square feet so they are a tad small but great for 1 to 2 people. Unfortunately no pets but I can’t imagine wanting to have one in such a small place anyways! They don’tSee More >

Never never live at this hell hole! The Manager Christina is never available, only working one hour a day, and allows all her friends and their kids to live there even though supposedly it's only "2" people allowed per apartment. All the lies as wellSee More >

They Tow their own tenants if they are not Mexican. This has become profitable for the dirtball landlord and Thomas Towing. Thomas hire illegals to go around in the middle of the night, on weekends no less and scope out tenants cars to tow. ASee More >

This is a good place to rent if you're interested in staying temporarily (ex. you are just moving into the area). I would not recommend it for long-term living. It is excruciatingly hot in the summer. And in the Winter. And really, anytime it's aboveSee More >

Very small...it's like living in a shoebox- literally. Also god-awful hot in the summer and has a serious MOLD PROBLEM. However, for the price, it ain't that bad. It's in generally ok condition and is month to month so would be great for a temporary,See More >

I have lived here for over a year now and the place is not worth it at all. As others have said it does get very hot in the summer since there is no air flow at all. Much of the place isSee More >

This apartment is small and Very hot in the summer. It is old and not up to date. The owner doesn´t seem to ever be available and doesn´t respond to complaints. Not worth the money and frustration. Just keep looking.See More >
