I would give a 0 star(if yelp allows) for a terrible customer support. What finally prompted me to write this review is the latest incident: The customer officer : Sara Zeleke refused to send service people to support and resolve a toilet plumbing issue. Her rationale is because the service request was not considered urgent and would like to request me to take a photo of the flooded/plumbing of the WC before she considers doing anything. For the amount of rent I am paying, this really irks me out tremendously and I will strongly recommend everyone to stay away from Bella Vista. We are paying for an extremely incompetent group of staff to manage this property. Over the past year I have stayed here I had endured : - Non existent security staff: I have seen apartment broken-in and the Bella Vista staff not doing anything about improving security. Safety gate are left open at morning and evening hours and where anyone can wander into the "guarded community" anytime - Extremely poor attitude and hypocritical customer service staff, i.e Tamara, Sara are one of the bad apples. - Trash stains all over the corridor from bad neighbors, and apartment staff did not bother to clean up the place - constant emails reminding residents to not place belongings at the patio for the reasons of preserving aesthetic environment in the neighborhood - Gym and lobby opens at 9 AM and closes at 6 PM on a frequent basis. - Gym restroom is closed for 2 months at a time due to plumbing issues. - Dirty pool , filled with leaves and bird droppings - Customer service staff sending us warning notes of late payment of rent, where the check was actually "stuck" in the lobby mailbox.
