DON'T trust them. If they say move-in offer definitely they gonna trick you. BAD management team. Poor STAFFS. Policy may change staff to staff. Every month they may ask you to sign your lease agreement as they found some error in it. THEY HAVE TO EDUCATE THE STAFFS ABOUT POLICIES AND UTILITY BILLING PROCEDURE etc. ELSE THE STAFFS CAN SAY - "THEY DON"T KNOW ABOUT IT, INSTEAD OF GIVING WRONG INFORMATION" I moved to BV by Dec-22-2016. From then to till date I have to go to leasing office 7-8 times to clarify issues in my rent, the move-in offer they gave me etc. Due to below incidents I'm giving 1 start to BV. 1. While inquiring about lease breaking charges, staffs mentioned that 2 months rent is the lease breaking charge and no notice period required. But while signing lease I see 60 days notice period. And they said they made a mistake :( 2. They gave me move-in offer as 60 days rent free for 2 bed room apartment. i.e. from Dec-22 to Feb-21 I don't have to pay rent. Just a deposit of $199 is enough. I was very happy about this offer. But 2 days after move-in, they called me and asked me to pay rent for Dec month. And they said that the offer is given for January to March-3. I was surprised to see this kind of unplanned rent payment. But I went ahead and paid the rent. 3. They gave me the new offer of 60 days rent free from Jan-01 to Mar 02 (as February has only 28 days). They gave me again a printed from with their sign in it. OK. I accepted it. 4. The 60 days move-in offer details are not mentioned in lease agreement. When I asked about it, the staffs mentioned that it is not required as this is an offer and not a policy. OK. 4. Again by February, BV leasing staff called me and mentioned that the 60 days move-in offer has to be mentioned in the lease agreement as their new management wanted it. This is what I asked when I moved-in. poor management and staff coordination. 5. In the new leasing agreement, the offer is from January-1 to Feb-28. But initially it was till Mar-02. When I asked about it, they mentioned that the offer is not for 60 days, it is for 2 Months only. Which means January and February. Oh my God ! what else I need to listen from this management? Even I have the paper they signed, they are not accepting it. AGAIN the golden answer comes from the management is - "IT WAS A MISTAKE FROM THE STAFF !" I don't know what else they will modify in the lease agreement and ask me to sign for next month ! 5. Referral bonus - They mentioned about it as $500. My friend who referred me didn't got anything till now ! 6. CAM charges- staff mentioned that CAM charges in utility billing is one time charge. Again the golden words comes from the management - "IT WAS A MISTAKE FROM THE STAFF !" CAM charges in utility is for every month. great ! 7. Raised a service request to fix a hole in the wall. the wall was patched up and when the door hits, the patch came out. The maintenance staff closed the ticket without even addressing it. AGAIN the golden words came - "IT WAS A MISTAKE FROM THE MAINTENANCE STAFF!" After 2 weeks I informed them that I will move-out if they don't fix it. and it is fixed after a weeks. Good maintenance team! 8. Above set of issues faced by my friend (whom I referred and moved-in by end of December). so the HISTORY repeats ! Pros: 1. Calm 2. Nothing more I can mention good about this apartmen
