Yesterday I made a call to the office around noon-time to get something fixed at my apartment. The staff answered the phone promptly, took my information in a single take, repeated it back to me for confirmation then informed me they would forward it to the service team. When I asked when it would be fixed they could not tell me. However, when I returned from work at the end of the day the item was completely fixed. I liked that answer better than being told something that might have been inaccurate. My experience is that half-day response is not the norm but I really appreciated it for this service because it was an important one. I really like the staff because they always try to help to the fullest in a time-efficient manner. As employees of a company they have limits from their management. Don't we all?
