Getting any maintenance done is a pain. * If you have a maintenace issue and you report it once, they will not act on it. They will just ignore it. * You have to followup on it atleast once for them to take any action on it. * If you report the maintanance issue by leaving a voicemail, they will not acknowledge your message or return your call. * They will not give you an estimate on how many days they will need to fix any maintenance issue. * It will take atleast a week to fix any maintenance issue. In the rating category of "Staff Professionalism, knowledge, helpfulness, and overall service level." below, the description for a 1-star level applies perfectly to the staff of this apartment: "Not helpful. Generally a pain to deal with". With one exception: before you sign the lease they are extremely pleasant with you.
