I´m writing as a current resident of Station 101 apartments. I´ve been living here for over 18 months. Prior to moving to this apartment, we lived in many apartments where we moved out in 6 months/ 1 year because of hike in rents and unreasonable management.

I feel that reasonable rents and good management means happy tenants, who stay longer in one place.

Denise, at the apartment office has been the main reason why we continue to stay here because she gave us good deals and convinced us to stay here after a year. I´d recommend that any new tenant talk to her first.

About the apartments, I like the big size (850 sq ft !), which is much larger than most other apartments.

Another good point is that since all apartments are in one building, its easy doing the laundry - just have to travel by the elevator if you buy a cart.

You do hear noises if you live on the first two floors, but we got used to it.

The building has an old appearance and they are trying to upgrade the slow elevators. The elevators are convenient for moving, groceries, etc.

There is a pool, small fitness room and recreation room where you can hold parties for a low fee. They also have a room with pool tables and foosball. Equipment can be borrowed free from the rental office.

The complex has underground parking and is a gated community, hence quite secure.

The location is quite central, very close to Sunnyvale but paying cheaper Santa Clara electricity bills.

Overall, I´m quite happy with this place. It doesn´t look like a king´s place, but I get a secure place, with a lot more room, and good rent.
