Don't move in without a lawyer
It used to be a great place to live pre 2007. Now it is horrible. Don't move in unless you have a lawyer, you will get screwed every way possible unless you know the law.. I have had my license plate stolen and my car broken into while it was in the covered parking. Works have been on my balcony and in my apartment without my permission. People showed up on our balcony at 7:30 on a Saturday without warning. My wife was changing and was very upset by the incident. This was expressed to the landlord and it has been three months and no changes have been made to their policy and no componsation was offered even though it happened multiple times. I pointed out this was in violation of California state law and asked for a discount on my rent. I was told this would be unfair to other residents and was denied. They changed the locks on the pool and spa and it has been over a month and I have not received a key. No one is not allowed to have the property managers phone number. They have made a lot of superficial improvements, which are actually Styrofoam believe it or not, so that they can charge more. Don't fall for it, ask any resident before you move in and they will tell you.Share This Review
