AWFUL MANAGER

------ ------ is the most horrible manager. My experience living here has been nothing but stressful to the point where I have lost many hours at work (over 40). I think I am developing an ulcer by having to deal with ------ because she is currently withholding the rest of my concession, per my lease. I believe it is because I posted a negative review about her before and I believe she is retaliating by withholding over $1500 from me. She called me several times during the course of a week asking me to take down a review. When I told her I only want to communicate with her in writing, she stopped calling me and informed me that I would not be getting the rest of my money as a credit or check, even though other staff members agreed that I was owed over $1500 per the concession in my lease. She also previously tried to add very vague and illegal clauses into the lease.     Best location in SM!

    I've loved living here for the past year. The team is great and very accommodating and i love my neighbors! I will definitely be resigning my lease for another year. You can walk to Bay Cities, grocery stores and just about anywhere in SM that's important. Highly recommend living here!
