Horrible and rude office staff
My husband and I were interested in seeing this "modern and chic" studio. When I called I spoke to a guy named Alex and he seemed a little bothered that I was calling and asking questions. He sounded very unprofessional and rude. I ignored it and still went to see the apartments. When we arrived no one greeted us for about 10 minutes so I approached them and ask if I can see an apt. The larger lady and red headed girl were rude and told us to wait outside. The red headed girl named Heidi showed us, she was rude and very unfriendly and seemed to be rushed and annoyed with us. We noticed lofts were poorly designed and very small, not to mention overly priced. Plus having to pay all amenities. In all the times of apartment searching the girl named Heidi was probably the rudest and most unprofessional leasing agent I've ever dealt with. Even before we even saw the apartment we had a bad feeling about it because once we were walking through the halls there were alcohol bottles all over the place, so it seemed like a party place. When the tour was over the larger lady was rolling her eyes at us when we were telling her our occupations and income. Based on what I saw I would give this place a 0 RATING. Customer service is essential and means a lot to businesses. If you have a bad attitude like these 3 people you will attract bad tenants. I don't know how these people got their jobs but they need to work on their friendliness and customer service.Share This Review
