Very loud and unclean. The water is turned off at least once a week for repairs. The other residents use bbQ's in the (very small) prison like courtyard, causing carbon monoxide to fill my apartment. Way to much dust in the vents. I love how the staff feel a need to enter my unit once every two to three weeks on the premise that they must check the fire alarm. I've lived in places like this before, but the didn't charge this much money. Slum conditions call for slum pricing, not this crap they are trying to pull by overcharging all the tenants. If I wanted to live in a hovel I would have found a cheap place.
