I love my place, but the management team is lacking. Maintenance entered my place with my minor daughter inside she was home sleeping . He said there was a work order, even though I was not aware of one. Come to find out, it was for the following week. He entered my unit without permission and continued to walk around my unit to "verify what was needed" 2. Issue there is a leak behind the shower. This was reported 11/15. It is now 12/8 and it has not been resolved. There is evidence of mold and I was told that this leak has been present for a long time -prior to my move in. When calling the office to find out what's going on, no one has a clue. I was told to talk to the plumber because the maintenance team won't know what the issue is or was until AFTER the work was done. It took over a week to get a moisture reading for the damaged wood and walls, 2 large holes were cut out of my ceiling and left that way for a week. When they finally did do the moisture read, it came back as normal. It was definitely higher than a normal read when I took the tests 2 days after the leak was reported. Now they need to tear out my only bathtub/shower to fix the leak. They refuse to pay for a temporary relocation if I get a rental concession. Legally, they are to provide both. At this point, I am counting down days until my lease expires.
