I was soo disappointed on the way my husband and I were treated at Palm Gate Apartments=( I had a schedule tour on Saturday with Maggie, the leasing agent Cindy Lopez assisted us. She was stressed about having several people ready to tour at the same time. There was another lady just sitting in her desk, which I ask her name; Jhoana Gonzalez (Property Manager). I heard the leasing agent informing her there was a lot of people waiting, she Jhoana did not get up to assist us. The manager told us we had to wait for Cindy to tour. It took 23min for the leasing agent to come back to be able to tour, this is NOT acceptable.... It seamed the Manager (Jhoana Gonzalez) did not care how long we waited! Our detail tour took 27min; we noticed people eating at the pool tables, wearing regular clothing inside the pools & playground has a lot of trash. This showed us the manager does not supervise the pools or walk the property. We returned to the rental office and there was people still waiting for the leasing agent to be able to tour. The manager needs to know 1st impressions matters! What kind of customer service should we expected after we felt we were not worthy of the managers time...Yes, we did not return, I rather pay more but have a clean apartment building, were I feel happy bringing my guests!
