                  We are very sorry to hear that you had a bad experience at our community. We work hard to make sure our residents are very satisfied, and I apologize that in your situation, we missed the mark. I hope we can work with you to make things better. When it comes to renewal offers, we do give all of our residents 90 days' notice so that they can make an decision. Our rates are based on the current market value for the types of apartments available. As for renter's insurance, while we do ask to be listed as an interested party or additional interest, it's not so that we can charge the resident but rather so that we do not have to bother them with renewal of their insurance provider. When we're listed as such it automatically comes to us rather than us having to get a new copy from you. The central boiler charge is not only for the hot tub heating, but rather hot the cost of gas to heat all of the hot water at the community. While a portion of that goes to the water to heat the hot tub, since the water is kept consistently hot at 101 degrees not much of that is needed. Rather it goes to heat the hot water in your home.
