After IMT has taken over The Summit at Stevenson Ranch in early September this year, our living experience has gone down significantly. No maintenance requests gets done for the last two weeks and the community manager really doesn't want to bother with resident's issues regarding their apartment homes. I've been to the leasing office for many times in the last two weeks yet they've only offered me empty promises without actually doing our service requests. The clerk at the leasing office even insists that they've got over 300 service requests pending and it's gonna take them some times to get back to everyone. However our dryer has been broken for 4 days and we are out of clean clothes to wear. What a shame.
