Stay Away - Srew your deposit
Don't expect to get any of your deposit back when you're moving out. Infact, they will charge over for cleaning, replace this and that .... no matter if you spend day to clean the place up. They will tackle on everything to go over your deposit: carpet cleaning, bathroom, kitchen, wall painting, tile etc... after living there for a few year I thought I would have some of the deposit back as we took care of the place nice and clean but they have a pro-rate like this:
1yrs 25% back
2yrs 40% back
3yrs 60% .... and these are not even apply after all the other charge adding up like:
$80.00 carpet cleaning
$60.00 general cleaning
$120.00 painting
$3.00 each lightbulb
$300.00 repair/replace tile
The management team (Cindy,Christy,Lorrie) are very rude, unreasonable, errogant and mean to children. In 2002, we (neighbor tenant) gather a sign-petition and file a complain to Corp office and the City but they've done nothing about the issues so we all end up leaving the place. They only want your money and don't care anything else after you signed the lease. Don't even thing about breaking the lease:
2 months rent upfront and any month after if the unit is vacated. The rent is $100.00-$150.00 more each year for renew. The new tenant always get free rent and lower than your by atleast $300.00. You will be crewed the moment that you sign the lease - no matter if month-month or 6mos/9mos or 12mons
Maintenant staff is very nice (all --------)
Stay away !
