Good so far

Having stayed here for about two months, I feel it is a decent place to live. I live in a 1 bed apartment on the third floor, so these comments are very specific to that. Pros - * A good floorplan, spacious living and bedroom, and huge patio and is heavily sunlit all through the day * Hardwood flooring, and since am on the third, I do not experience noise issues with it * Very close to freeways, a lot of grocery option in a walkable distance, very nice neighborhood * Pricing is so much better than other places for a renovated unit, with granite countertops, open kitchen, in-unit washer dryer, stainless steel GE kitchen appliances * The response time for maintenance was quick (but we just had them come over once) Cons - * The shelves in the kitchen arent great as in other renovated apartments, there is some friction when you open and close * The apartment was build in 1960s, and you can see it through the renovations * The exteriors arent that great, very dull looking structure * The trash area definitely needs improvement and cleanliness could be better in the stairways and hallways, and the elevator is somewhat old fashioned Havent explored the fitness center, swimming pool much, so cannot comment much. But in summary, I've liked the place so far, as it provides with a sweet home, which has nicely planned living spaces, a decent kitchen, close to many shops, and way better than other apartments I've seen through the process of house hunting which are so highly priced than this one.
